* stablishment and maintenance of earned value-reporting procedures, i.e. measurement of Budgeted Cost of Work Scheduled (BCWS), Budgeted Cost of Work Performed (BCWP) and Actual Cost of Work Performed (ACWP). A

* omprehensive technical knowledge and proven experience in managing cost engineering works, measurements, control, analysis, planning, and scheduling in preparing schedules, experience, and skills in setting standards and establishing systems for all project control activities P
* ractical knowledge of engineering contracts, procurement and construction contracts, and setting up business processes P
* articipate in continuous improvement and support capacity building M
* anagement and supervision skills and people management tasks E
* xcellent verbal and written communication skills G
* ood work experience on a global scale (preferably work experience in the Middle East, Saudi Arabia)
