How will you make an impact?
As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will ensure that L&D activities advance
employee knowledge, skills and behavioural competencies at all levels,
enabling the business to be commercially successful and be the employer of
choice. As a business partner, you analyze, design, devlop and deliver the
impact of L&D programmes aligned with the KSA market business strategy and
action plan, regional and central priorities agenda. You will carry out
competency & learning needs analysis specifically related to the KSA market
based on commercial, retail and business requirements using different methods
such as data analysis, market and industry trends and needs. In addition, you

How will you experience success with us?*
Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in
English and Arabic * with excellent communication skills to collaborate
with both colleagues and clients. You have approximately 8 years of previous
experience in L&D Management within a matrix organization, previous experience
in retail, luxury or hospitality will be a plus. A minimum of 2 years people
management skils and abilities to lead a team as an inspirational leader and
foster team spirit. CIPD Level 5 required; or willing to complete the
certification. Sound understanding of LMS, with analytical ability to
confidently use excel and review data.
