About the Role:
The Assistant L&D; Manager will be responsible to effectively assist the
Divisional Training Manager in delivering 100% service level of Training &
development within Corporate divisions and ensuring that the staff have the
required knowledge, skills and competencies to carry out the work required of
them in achieving the Divisional goals.
Requirement :
Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
3 years’ experience in training, drafting, and documentation.
Curriculum development skills.
Computer Literate in MS Excel and Word.
Proficient communication skills.
Customer Focus.
Action Oriented.
Leading self, work, and people.
