Job Description



  • Provide support to Sales team for preparation and/or compilation of reports and proposals.

  • Work with the sales team to ensure the proper registration of Giza Systems in customers approved vendors list.

  • Coordinate proposals' input from stakeholders involving contributions from sales, marketing and legal teams and Consolidate sections and/or documents developed into the required tender format accordingly.

  • Ensure proposal documents follow corporate branding guidelines, standard formatting and quality standards.

  • Monitor sales expenses and make sure not to exceed the budget, through confirming that sales expenses are aligned with the company expenses' processes and rules.

  • Responsible for entering and following up sales tenders and client's data on company's systems (CRM, ERP, etc.).

  • Submit periodic company reports regularly and per request.

  • Manage couriers fulfilling opportunities/bidding logistical requirements.

  • Interact and communicate effectively with all internal and external customers.

  • Act as 1st line of support responding to client inquiries, referring them to the appropriate concerned person

  • Collaborate with the marketing team when it comes to the attendees list by communicating the prospective attendees list of clients and their contact data.

  • Daily monitoring for newspaper, websites,…etc to get opportunities, initially qualify them and then pass to the respective sales team.

  • Develop and maintain the filing system for the Sales Team.

  • Manage and update repository
