Provides leadership in all recruitment and retention activities. Performs
special projects, studies, and administrative tasks related to recruitment
activities. Develops proposals and recommends implementation of modifications
and improvements to maximize the efficiency of recruitment and retention
across Nursing Affairs (NA).
Master 's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
Six (6) years of related experience with Master 's or eight (8) years with
Bachelor's Degree is required.
Current Registered Nurse Licensure from country or origin and Saudi commission
for Health Specialities Licensure is required
