Coordinates the provision ofeducational resources to provide safe, patient and
family focused quality carein accordance with the American Nurses Association
and Nursing AdministrationScope & Standards of Practice. Promotes quality
nursing practice bymanaging, facilitating, and evaluating educational programs
and outcomes inarea(s) of responsibility and specialization utilizing the
professionalpractice framework. Functions within the ethical and legal
framework, includingthe integration of the GCC Code of Ethics and trans-
cultural principles.Responsible for the performance management of Clinical
Instructors. Coordinatesthe provision of educational resources to support the
achievement of theNursing Affairs (NA) strategic goals.
Master 's, or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
Six (6) years with Master 's Degree, or eight (8) years with Bachelor's Degree
is required.
Current Registered Nurse Licensure from country of origin and Saudi Commission
for Health Specialties Licensure is required.
