Job Description
The QHSE Supervisor is responsible for ensuring compliance with general
company policy, standing orders, departmental policies and statutory
regulations and recommend changes to working processes and conditions to
ensure that all employees have a safe and healthy working environment, and
that the organization complies with all current and future regulations and
laws, and the organization's safety policies and standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Make sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
* Assist management in establishing, implementing, and maintaining the QHSE management systems.
* Assist with the monthly reporting collation for HSE, Quality, Security and Facility
* Creation of purchase requisitions for QHSE related orders and services.
* Document control and compliance administration for insurance and Local and Government Authorities
* Required to engage in the CI and operational excellence initiatives.
* Interface with engineers and Production to ensure products are in accordance with technical specifications.
* Document information recording on the internal company database and appropriate software.
* Ensures compliance with the applicable HSE instructions, requirements, laws, and regulations received from customers, regulatory and statutory bodies.
* Monitor costs, product standards and implement quality control systems.
* Experience on closed loop quality solving processes and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
* Report to management as appropriate on the progress of works, attend and brief meetings at all levels with managers.
* Carry out all internal audits for QHSE management systems.
* Control, investigate, resolve, and report on Quality Complaints, internal and external for KSA region.
* Monitor, maintain and report on the QMS for the KSA region
* Educate and train the organization's workforce on QHSE and security to ensure that they understand and comply with John Crane Global Quality, HSE and Security policies & procedures.
* Manage & monitor Country Security activities

The Individual
* University degree in Quality Management, Mechanical engineering, or similar field
* 5+ years experience in Quality and Safety Management in a supervisory role, experience in a proactive multinational and multicultural environment.
* SAP knowledge
* QHSE Regulations within the region
* Good administrative and organization skills and detailed working knowledge of Health and Safety and risk assessments
* Strong People management skills
* Experience on closed loop quality solving processes and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
* Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment
* ISO standards audit knowledge
* Product knowledge or ability to learn about John Crane product portfolio & product codes.
* Excellent MS Office and project applications background
* Preferably certified in Green or Black Belt Lean SixSigma
* Saudi nationality
