Gabon as a Billings and Collections Specialist.

As a Billing & Collections Leader, you will be responsible for:

Acting as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and
satisfactory resolution of concerns.
* Establishing and maintaining contact to provide on-going technical and business support to assigned customers in designated geographic region or coverage area
* Handling diverse clients in a region and working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks.
* Handling standardized project processes and guidelines to ensure they will be implemented in the department

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma/GED with good experience in
client services
* Have minimum ‎3 Years of experience in oil & Gaz
* Demonstrate good experience in Customer Service Management
* Be fluent in the English language
* Be a Self-starter with high motivation levels and demonstrated leadership skills.
* Be an experienced problem solver, with an analytical approach to identifying root causes and implementing solutions
* Demonstrate ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
* Demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
