Description & Requirements


Main Responsibilities
* Participate in the Ops AOP process and timeline- and partner with all functions to build strong bottom-up plan- building blocks- growth drivers- cost structures- risk and ops- and financial statements. Populate the templates required and share it with the region. Calculate the AOP STD Cost every Year in the STD Costing Exercise and Upload it in the Oracle and ensure the STD Material Prices is Correct and The FG STD Cost is Correct after uploading it.
* Develop the monthly forecast (Q commitment- YEE closing)- liaise with the FP &A manager to ensure all Raw and Packaging materials- VE assumptions and MOH are properly captured- liaise with the packages' owners on the YTD and YTG spend- and populate the Risk and Ops. Measures finance forecast accuracy and develop ways to enhance it.
* Establish accurate KPIs (for example COGS- PPV- Provision- DII- Material usage Variance (MUV)- and MOH) (weekly and monthly).
* Prepare weekly and monthly financial review on manufacturing and cost performance and share it with the plant management team for decision making.
* Develop zero based cost budgets- identify the variable and fixed components- and the direct and indirect costs- and allocate costs to deliver conversion costs by SKU.
* Maintain standard costs in the system for new materials and products.
* Run cost reduction/ optimization scenarios (VE)- report the VE projects' actual performance compared to plan- ensure accuracy of VE projects' calculations- and follow through on implementation.
* Build Capex financial models for all projects to secure economic benefits (IRR and payback period) and bring feasibility to management regarding the business need and benefits
* Oversee inventory levels to make sure working capital management is in line with approved budgets
* Review KPIs' reports and report it to function heads
Qualifications
* Minimum a bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
* Work experience of ‎5 to ‎7 years in Operations Finance and Financial Planning and Analysis.
* Prior work experience in an FMCG environment is important.
* Excellent analytical skills
* Ability to proactively challenge and advise
* Experience of dealing with senior management
* Strong interpersonal- influencing and communication skills
* Experience of developing creative business solutions
* A strong command over English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively.
* CPA- CMA- or MBA are highly appreciated.
