Responsibilities
MARKETING AND ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage scheduling and meetings for the Regional Director of Marketing
* Provide personal administrative assistance to the Regional Director of Marketing
* Manage travel organization and expenses for the Regional Director of Marketing
* Monitor, review and report on all marketing and PR activity and results.
* Process quotations, service agreements and booking orders, raise LPOs, deliveries and timely submission of invoices.
* Manage hotel communications including elevator screens, in-room TVs, in-room screens
* Coordinate professional video and photography shoots as needed
* Manage and update content on the company's website and mobile app
* Manage and ensure up-to-date information on hotel and partner websites
* Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and planning committee
* Ensure that all hotel promotions, advertising, and collateral are in keeping with Four Seasons image and reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentation
* Be a brand ambassador to Four Seasons at all times, both in and out of the hotel and on personal social media accounts.
PR, CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA
* Should have excellent verbal and written English
* Community management and reviews on OTAs (Google, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Expedia)
* Monitor all engagement activity across hotel's social media accounts - Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
* Review media and influencer requests, provide recommendations
* Coordinate media stays, restaurant and spa reservations
* Produce influencer hosting reports
* Manage the press room and image library
* Using company platforms, measure and report on social media and digital statistics
* Weekly summary of press coverage for internal distribution
