As a Service Delivery Technical Manager, you will ensure flawless execution by
leading a team focused on technical job planning, job optimization and on-
demand support. You will take ownership for the performance and product
portfolio for your region . You will collaborate with cross-functional teams
to build consistency and execution excellence, while maximizing our revenue.
As a Service Delivery Technical Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues. Level ‎1,2,‎3 Technical Support - Resolves post sales Technical Issues. As the technical depth required to resolve an issue increases, the "level" of skill set increases. For some products ‎1 individual may handle levels ‎1,2 and ‎3 while for other products these may be separate individuals with increasing skill sets.
* Presenting projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders (EB and SEB) within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams.
* Handling complex medium term project processes. Department has to define approaches. Variety due to customization to client needs.
* Handling important business unit clients. Complex processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
* Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
* Have a minimum of ‎5 additional years of experience in Technical Support or Application Engineering or Reliability Engineering
* Have ‎2 years minimum experience as Service delivery Technical Manager
