Sales Manager will take leadership role to develop, direct and manage all
Measurement customers in Oil & Gas & refineries & power and water and
EPC/Consultants, in his role he should design and implement a strategic
business plan that expands customer base and ensure its strong presence.
The candidate will report to the Senior Sales Manager MSOL - Kuwait.
The Sales Manager develops supports and implements growth strategies to
achieve or exceed measurement bookings targets for Kuwait. Engaging with
customers directly and from time to time through LBPs for account represented
by them will in all cases be essential for successful execution of the job
function. They will engage with Emerson Key Engineering Offices and product
management team.
Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the
following:
* Responsible for Key accounts across the country and create the market forecast.
* Building the relationship level with the EPC contractors as well as End User and extend support for offering the optimized solution.
* Engage early with the FEED EPCs to position measurements, Influence specs and to forecast the demand on the project scope for measurements with proven ability to drive sales process from plan to close.
* Build strong network with Key accounts and to conduct the technology exchange session for measurements.
* Develop and implement plans to drive and grow strategies for end User and EPC accounts for Kuwait.
* Co-ordinate with Emerson AutoSol team to leverage on Measurements portfolio strength.
* Meet or exceed territory financial objectives (budget, POR, etc) as required in support of the business plan.
* Develop an up-to-date project funnel with potential KOB1&2 and KOB3 opportunities in all stages of pursuit.
* Keep up to date with developments in industries and market trends.
* Leverage the CRM tool and update the funnel.
* Ensure Emerson Ethics and trade compliance procedures are strictly followed with all business transactions.
* With good experience in handling and managing tendering and proposals having a good knowledge of pressure, temperature, level, and flow solutions .
* Having a good experience on KPC VEC requirements and vendor approval process.
What do I need to be considered for this role?
* Ideally the candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of similar experience in a diversified environment. (International multiculture organization is preferred )
* Fluent in English communication (speaking and writing)
