Partner with the best
As a Plant Manager, you're to perform daily operations of plant to ensure
reliability and consistency of production line. You're to contribute to the
development of a business plan for the business unit as a whole. You're to
develops a strategic plan for the plant unit based upon the agreed strategic
plan as a whole.
As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Ensuring continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards.
* Conducting frequent interactions on strategic level due to complex planning activities and/or complex long-term sales processes with high degrees of customization.
* Handling very complex manufacturing processes.
* Applying Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained
* Managing direct staff on their selection, training and development of plant supervisory and administrative roles
* Leading a big manufacturing unit. Unit consistent of several departments and/or dispersed manufacturing departments.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
* Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma / GED with relevant experience.
* Have +‎10 years experience in Plant leadership position
* Proven track record of success in implementing Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives
* Have knowledge of the disciplines of manufacturing management such as production and inventory control, variable cost productivity, and fulfillment metrics, quality systems, cost systems, and fulfillment metrics, and procedure
* Have knowledge of manufacturing API equipment
* Have good oral and written communication skills.
* Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Have experience in expanding plant sites preferred
* Have demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
* Have demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
* Have ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
* Have established project management skills.
