Primary function:
* We are looking for someone who directs day-to-day maintenance operations for one construction materials plant site plus several smaller plant areas.
Location: Saudi Arabia
Key duties:
* Responsibility for effective maintenance and repair programs, equipment safety programs, equipment safety programs, and equipment/machinery utilization;
* Acting as technical advisor on all production equipment issues, may assist management team with budget and purchasing decisions;
* Recommendation of improvement in maintenance processes and techniques in order to promote more efficient operations;
* Scheduling and coordination of maintenance activities to minimize disruption of workplace;
* Review and monitoring work orders to ensure timely performance and quality of work;
* Maintenance of spare parts and purchase management of materials and supplies for maintenance services;
* System check on plant systems and equipment;
* Approval of personnel actions, promoting harmonious labor-management relationship.
Qualifications and experience:
* Technical background with knowledge/experience of equipment operations, maintenance and repair;
* Significant experience required;
* Good command of both written and verbal English and Arabic needed.
