Job Description
Provides comprehensive functional and administrative support. Performs a
variety of reporting, data entry, project coordination or related
administrative support functions. Utilizes the MS Office application suite and
automated accounting, procurement, and project data management applications to
provide information, update system data, run reports and complete assigned
tasks. Coordinates information and data exchange with other functions and
personnel. Provides clerical or related support activities as assigned..

Elevated background screening applies. Position may be located in a war zone
in a contingency environment with harsh, dangerous working and living
conditions, which may include carrying and wearing required personal
protective equipment for extended periods of time.
Position may be located in a wide variety of environments, from conventional
indoor office workspace to project worksites with harsh, working and living
conditions.
To ensure compliance with safety, health and security requirements in the
contract, employee will possess the ability to read, write, speak and
understand the English language at the intermediate level as necessary to
perform assigned job functions.
Position requires the basic skills and physical ability necessary to perform
assigned job functions.

Basic Job Requirements
High school diploma / GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of
education and experience, and three (3) years to six (6) years related
experience.
Other Job Requirements
Requires computer skills and proficiency using email, Microsoft Office or
specialized applications as necessary to perform assigned job functions.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior military experience.
