About the Role:
The Team Manager will be responsible to organize and control assigned work by
scheduling, supervising, and assisting Electricians and technicians operating
on shift. To plan and implement training of workshop staff adopting a mentor
approach to ensure that assigned staff has the required level of skills to
effectively maintain the High voltage electrical generators (‎380 V– 440V).
Requirement :
Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering (Power).
‎0-‎1 Year experience.
English Language Fluency.
System and people oriented.
Communication Skills.
Self-motivated.
Takes initiative and analytical.
Satisfactory Aptitude.
Interest in planning & High tolerance/handle work pressures.
