team dedicated to furthering growth plans for the group.
About the Role:
To ensure that all Pots products are manufactured to fulfill internal customer
requirements whilst meeting agreed quality specifications, by ensuring that
all necessary resources are available and utilized in a safe and efficient
manner.
Competencies:
‎3 years’ experience in a similar position within an FMCG environment.
Conducting weekly H&S; check List.
Supervising the pots department to ensure that all Good Manufacturing
techniques are applied.
Contributing to the daily and weekly planning meeting and ensuring department
capacity is capable of delivering demand in conjunction with senior team
manager/Production manager .
Investigating all major and minor NCN’s and ensuring that the probable root
causes are identified, and corrective actions are applied.
Managing hourly/daily of all Pot allocations. Target “no-cuts” if in the event
there are cuts then ensure effective communication to Planning & Cold Store
with remedial actions.
Holding Toolbox meetings
Actively participate in continuous improvement (CI) opportunities and projects
as required.
Promoting hourly/daily good GMP
Working knowledge of ISO ‎9000 quality standards.
Experience in the production of cultured products.
Bachelor’s level or B.Sc. Physical/bio science degree.
