What you'll be doing
The Capability Development Manager will have a central role in the design,
implementation, and support of Supply Chain capabilities, in alignment with
the strategic vision of the Logistics & Fulfilment Function and Operation
vertical.
What you 'll need to succeed
The Capability Development Manager will have a central role in the design,
implementation, and support of Supply Chain capabilities, in alignment with
the strategic vision
* Support in the management, monitoring, overview, and delivery of large-scale initiatives within the Group's Logistics & Fulfilment Function, with a focus in Warehousing operational improvement
* Conduct and leverage detailed quantitative analysis to derive key operational performance outputs and insights that will support decision - making
* Monitor the performance of key logistics & fulfilment operations, and suggests process/policy improvements to increase efficiency
* Evaluate ideas and/or proposals to assist in the development of meaningful recommendations that can drive the identification and implementation of improvement initiatives across warehouse operations
* Understand and apply project management principles to ensure resource & stakeholder engagement, as well as the successful progression and overview of different work streams within defined timelines
* Support the implementation and transition of capabilities and initiatives across the Group's Logistics operations end-to-end, assisting local warehouse teams before, during and after transitioning the Logistics & Fulfilment Function and Operation vertical.
Your Profile:
* At least ‎6 years of professional experience in the Supply Chain function, preferably with at least ‎4 years of experience in a leading consulting practice, with Retail & FMCG focus
* Knowledge of Warehouse Operations and experience with supply chain improvement / optimization directives
* Proficient understanding of data analytics
* Experience with project management principles
* Intricate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, specifically Ms Excel & Ms PowerPoint
* Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently and effectively based on workload
* Flexibility and adaptability
* Fluent written and spoken English skills
