Roles & Responsibilities:
* Business Development:
* Develop, Own and Execute business plan to meet and exceed growth projctions for the Corrosion & Erosion solution business.
* Improve customer satisfaction by understanding, communicating, and executing solutions to their needs.
* Expand market coverage and opportunity funnel via developing new customers in assigned territory.
* Identify, qualify, influence, develop new opportunities by utilizing industry experience, deep market understanding, and customer relationships.
* Nurture Installed base sites to ensure Technology adoption and re-investment.
* Support Sales team with Customer presentations, competitive analysis, ROI calculations and product technical support.
* Engage with customer technical boards, consultants, etc. who may influence and make buying decisions.
* Develop vision for IIoT corrosion solutions during FEED & EPC project stages by engaging with relevant customer stakeholder.
* Drive product and factory approval processes within identified Key Accounts
* Provide feedback on technology related customer issues and organize sales input for Marketing and Product Development.
* Collaborate with teams across all functions viz Industry Leaders, Key Account Managers, etc. to brive Business development activities
* Collaborate with marketing team to develop collaterals (tale of sales, proven results, white papers etc) and run digital / in-person marketing campaigns.
* Collaborate with Global Subject Matter Experts to support Customers during Business Development and Sales stages.
* Work closely with other MSOL Product Groups and other Emerson Platforms to maximize pull-through content.
* Maintain and continuously develops high level of products, technologies and industrial knowledge required to perform the job.
* Coach customer facing sales persons on product features, industry and application knowledge and Customer/Industry Situational Fluency.
* Sales & Sales Management:
* Collaborate with Sales Teams to expand customer reach and achieve the Orders target of the Corrosion & Erosion product portfolio.
* Manage a project opportunity list for the assigned sales area in CRM system.
* Business reporting through POR and other reporting mechanisms.
* Support Regional sales individuals, LBPs, Emerson proposal generation & PMO groups to ensure all offers reflect customer needs, competitively priced and are submitted on time.
* Provide technical support in pre-sales processes, clarifications, re-engineering as needed to comply with client/project requirements
* Support and strengthens relationships with business partners to ensure long term collaborations and partnerships.
* Develop strong customer relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
Job Requirements:
* Degree in Business, Engineering or Science.
* Minimum 8 years of experience in technical sales and/or business development; preferably in the oil & gas industry (upstream/midstream/downstream).
* Understanding of Industrial Wireless Networks is preferred.
* Strong business acumen and customer orientation.
* Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Good planning/priority management.
* Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory
* This role shall be based in Saudi Arabia
