Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales
Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales
representatives, achieving sales targets, and developing strategies to
increase the company's market share and profitability.


Job Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
* Set sales targets and monitor individual and team performance.
* Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Identify new market opportunities and develop business plans to penetrate those markets.
* Conduct market research and analyze competitors' sales activities.
* Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure the alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
* Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and advancements to offer innovative solutions to clients.
