The Role
As a Credit Controller, you will take responsibility for the Rental Credit
control in Saudi Arabia & Kuwait. You will report to the Regional Business
Controller.

What we expect of you?

Mission

Your mission is to ensure a professional and efficient credit control and
collections procedure is in place, communicated and followed well within the
Company. This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with
customers to ensure smooth payments.

• Develop and support a spirit of open communication, fairness and respect for the individuals in all operation areas.


• Implement and improve the collection processes and procedures. Managing debt recovery, negotiating payment plans and resolving problems concerning invoice payments.


• Resolve account queries both internally and externally around outstanding balances and preparation of customer's statement of accounts whenever required.


• Evaluating new credit requests, including checking credit ratings, and advising on credit limits.


• Consistently analyze and control customers' debts and identify areas for action, encourage the controllers and the sales team to take action wherever possible & recommend credit control strategies and actions.


• Work hand in hand with the Regional Business Controller, Collectors, Saudi & Kuwait Regional Manager and the Sales Team in managing the debts of customers and ensure timely payments.


• Communicate regularly with the customers in an efficient manner, visiting clients to collect payments and tracing missing debts.


• Provide month-end and ad-hoc reports, supervision & conduct reconciliations, and propose write-off in coordination with the relevant Sales Engineer.


• Focus on a continuously developing of a Customer care-driven culture, and support the improvement of our rental, and service response to our customers and our operational excellence.


• Competence development of the collectors' team and efficient credit processes management are key for continued success as we support our customers & drive our ambitions.


• You will have a strong focus on innovation, connectivity and digitalization and further optimize all processes for maximum efficiency.

• Ability to deal with a range of stakeholders


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision


• ‎3+ years' experience in a similar role


• Good attention to detail


• Willing to travel


• Firm and well organized


• Time management skills


• Strong computer skills
