Job Description:
* Respond to customers' queries and concerns professionally and based on prior instructions.
* Preparation of invoices
* Calling our Customer on a daily basis for collection; follow up and achieve the collection targets.
* Maintaining the Collection tracker based on the call and follow up for the payments.
* Any issues in relation to the Customer to be highlighted to the Service Manager/Salesman and follow up for the Salesman and customer and ensure the issue has been settled and get the collections.
* Ensuring Invoices have been delivered to the customers by the salesman.
* Obtaining balance confirmation from the Customers on a monthly basis.
* Coordinating with the Salesmen and Regional Manager for priority customers and follow up for the payments.
* Invoice Printing or Distribution to Salesman or to the Customers.
* Creating and Maintaining of Customer Contact database.
* Dunning Letters to the Customers.
* Collection of survey fees, RIL new business premiums and outstanding payments from clients following Property Care procedures
* Banking and processing credit card transactions
* Reference of accounts to solicitors where necessary
* Issue of long term guarantees
* Ensure that the requirements of the Rentokil Initial plc and the Property Care & Insurance Health and Safety and Environment policy statements and the Property Care & Insurance Safety Regulations are met both on a personal level and in relation to other members of staff and any other people with whom they may come into contact.
* Maintain high standards of behaviour at all times as a representative of Rentokil Property Care.
* Ensure that any action avoids any discrimination on the basis of sex, marital status, sexual orientation, race, colour, religion or beliefs, ethnic or national origin, age, disability or trade union membership.
* No additional action to obtain payment, such as legal methods, can be carried out without the approval of the Divisional Financial Controller.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor degree.
( 0 - 3 ) of experience.
Full proficiency in English.
Good in Excel & MS office.
Ready to work under pressure.
