Head of Quality

Currently, we are seeking a dynamic person to take on the role Head of
Quality based in KSA- Al Khobar.

Objective:
* Provide effective establishment, implementation, application, and continuous improvement of QRA initiatives, agenda, principles and requirements in alignment and compliance with Global QRA strategy and Regional QRA initiatives.
* Manage the delivery of Central QRA responsibilities in the given area of responsibility (Region, or focused on a Cluster, Country, or Sector).
* Manage Service Quality Initiatives - monitoring the Service Quality KPIs, investigation of root cause analysis & support the operations with correcting actions to ensure high service quality.

General Responsibilities:
* Provide effective establishment, implementation, application, and continuous improvement of QRA initiatives, agenda, principles and requirements in alignment and compliance with Global QRA strategy and Regional QRA initiatives.
* Manage the delivery of Central QRA responsibilities in the given area of responsibility (Region, or focused on a Cluster, Country, or Sector).
* Manage Service Quality Initiatives - monitoring the Service Quality KPIs, investigation of root cause analysis & support the operations with correcting actions to ensure high service quality.
o Support OMS FC Implementations to increase the level of service quality.
o Start Up project support.
o Conduct Site audit processes.
o Delivery of Quality related training (Root cause analysis, problem solving,
etc.).
o Review of Self-Assessment & CAPA management.
o External / Customer audit support & liaison.
o Guide Regulatory & Licensing activity, including Trade Compliance
(implementation of SOPs, Ops Controls, Training).
o Support Regional Leadership in QRA support for opportunity pursuit.
* Act as a Country or Sector Business Partner with the OE teams to ensure that Site Managed QRA is successfully executed and that effective standards are delivered.
* Work closely with the HSE team. Create synergies, especially in the creation of work instructions / SOPs.
* Development and monitoring customs & trade compliance strategies in line with corporate guidelines and policies by ensuring operations compliance.
* Build strong relationships with customs authorities and other key stakeholders across the organization, leading communications and engagement by raising awareness and alignment on customs strategic topics.
* Facilitate achievement of high standards of operational quality throughout KPI targets.
* Own the escalation of non-compliance issues and support resolution on a regional level.
* Anticipate and mitigate business through proactive awareness of changes in statutory regulations impacting the business.
* Benchmark, identify opportunities and introduce best practices and quality standards for customs focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency.
* Collaborate multiple customs & trade compliance teams of country/local level managers, providing guidance toward continuous improvement.
* Development of short and long-term plans for optimizing the function and the talent required to execute strategies.
* Provide guidance in Customs laws and other relevant regulations.
* Leverage expertise within Customs and Trade to implement effective, compliant, and efficient process.

Qualification:
*
Bachelor 's degree in supply chain management, Finance, Economics, Industrial
Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business
Administration, and Logistics Management or equivalent.
* MBA in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, Business Administration. (Preferable).
* ‎10+ Years' Experience in related field, with at least ‎5 years of leadership in large organization.
* Strong management and leadership skills, education or experience from previous role within Customs and Trade Compliance.
* Fluent in English and Arabic.

Knowledge & Skills:
* Ability to enter and manipulate data to generate reports in a timely manner.
* Basic computer skills, including spreadsheets, databases, and word processing using applications such as Microsoft Office for tracking, analyzing, and communicating related data.
* Ability to read and interpret technical documents and regulations.
* Ability to be flexible and work effectively (deliver results) with a practical outlook within a dynamic matrix organization with minimal supervision.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including good facilitation skills.

* Good presentation and project management skills.
* Interpersonal skills with the ability to express an opposing view effectively and diplomatically.
