Head of Quality

Currently, we are seeking a dynamic person to take on the role Head of
Quality of based in Al Khobar.

Objective:

Provide effective establishment, implementation, application, and continuous
improvement of QRA initiatives, agenda, principles and requirements in
alignment and compliance with Global QRA strategy and Regional QRA
initiatives.

General Responsibilities:

Driving the delivery of QRA processes in the region aligned to the strategic
business agenda
* Management and measurement of Service Quality Initiatives - monitoring the Service Quality KPIs, investigation and root cause analysis & support operations with correcting actions to ensure high service quality
* Support OMS FC Implementation: Training and Coaching on Work Instructions and SOPs and other Elements aligned to site implementation resources and OMS FC Advisors
* Start Up project support: Ensure that sites operate to the company Quality Standards, plus regulatory & customer requirements, aligned with Operations and Project Managers
* Conduct Site Audit process: Using QPA/Gemba techniques integrated to OMS FC Standards Confirmation if applicable.
* Delivery of Site Training: Online, calls, courses, and coaching delivery on critical QRA skills and requirements
* Review of Self-Assessment & CAPA Management: Provide feedback and focused support to Operations
* External/Customer audit support & liaison: Selective support for audit preparation & response (directed by Regional Lead)
* Service Quality Metrics Monitoring trends, Conduct Investigations & develop actions, and countermeasures
* Guide Regulatory & Licensing Activity: Support and advice for Site Operations in compliance areas.

Qualification:
*
Bachelor 's degree in supply chain management, Finance, Economics, Industrial
Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business
Administration, and Logistics Management or equivalent.
* (Quality Auditor certified- Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE)). (Mandatory)
* MBA in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, Business Administration. (Preferable)
* ‎10+ Years' Experience in related field, with at least ‎5 years of leadership in large organization.

Knowledge & Skills:

Ability to enter and manipulate data to generate reports in a timely manner.
* Ability to read and interpret technical documents and regulations.
* Ability to be flexible and work effectively (deliver results) with a practical outlook within a dynamic matrix organization with minimal supervision.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including good facilitation skills.

* Good presentation and project management skills.
* Interpersonal skills with the ability to express an opposing view effectively and diplomatically.
* Protecting the business in regulated environments.
* Excellent computer skills, including spreadsheets, databases, and word processing using applications such as Microsoft Office for tracking, analyzing, and communicating related data.
