Head of Inventory

Currently, we are seeking a dynamic person to take on the role of Head of
Inventory based in Al Khobar.
Objective:

To own strategic and tactical leadership for all Supply Chain aspects,
including day to day Supply Chain operation and the performance management /
CI function of the team. Ultimate responsibility for the successful delivery
of the Supply Chain, scoping and meeting KPI targets and objectives to be
agreed with the customer. To deliver value, innovation, and gain share through
Supply Chain initiatives.

General Responsibilities:

Identify and foster key customer relationships, be the driver of new business
growth
* Ensure support is gained from key stakeholders to deliver strategy / performance
* Achievement of Key Performance Indicators and objectives to meet contractual terms and the company expectations.
* Effective management of key relationships to successfully deliver and promote the S &D Planning function.
* Create a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
* Scope and implement a vision for the Supply and Demand Planning team.
* Select and optimize a state-of-the-art system required for the successful deployment of S&D Planning requirements.
* Overall responsibility of Supply Chain performance.
* Deliver strategy for optimization of the Supply Chain.
* Ensure collaborative working relationship with Procurement, Operations and Customer Services.
* Development and implementation of Supply Chain solutions to deliver tactical and strategic plans.
* Understand the customers' needs and deliver operational excellence.

Qualification:
*
Bachelor 's degree in supply chain Management, Materials Management,
Economics, Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations
Management, Business Administration, Purchasing and Logistics Management or
equivalent.
* A master's degree in any of the above fields is preferred backed up with strong professional experience. (Preferable)
* (Supply Chain certified). (Mandatory)
* ‎10+ years of experience in Supply chain Management, materials management, procurement, forecasting or planning, with at least ‎5 years of leadership experience.

Knowledge & Skills:
*
Performance management of Local & global supplier base.
* Knowledge of Local& global supply chain market.
* Track record of team management and development
* Aligns resources and the organization to achieve objectives
* Manage all S&D Planning budgets.
* Supply Chain experience in forecasting, demand planning and order management.
* Ability to develop strategic and tactical supply chain plans to ensure growth and development of the account.
* Experienced user and developer of Supply Chain systems.
* Develops, commercializes, and delivers high quality / innovative services and solutions.
* Gains organizational alignment and support for customer needs.
* Excellent Communication Skills.
