Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff members with professionalism
and a friendly demeanor Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate
department or individual. Provide accurate information about the agency's
services, policies, and procedures. Schedule and manage appointments,
meetings, and conference room bookings. Maintain a tidy and organized
reception area, ensuring it reflects the agency's brand image. Receive and
distribute mail, packages, and deliveries. Assist with administrative tasks,
such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Coordinate travel
arrangements and accommodations for staff members when necessary. Monitor and
maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed. Collaborate with
internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination. Handle
basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking. Assist with
event planning and coordination for client meetings and agency functions.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
