Turkey HR Employee Data Analyst

Job Description :
Execute and manage all Employee processes on HR systems from joining, moving,
and leaving. Owns HR systems and data management to be all Maintains all
employees' records/activities on the system, as well as Ensures that all
standard reporting requirements into the business are delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain employee records in Workday through Joining, moving, leaving (JML) lifecycle.
* Maintain and update cost centers in systems.
* Maintain and update accurate bonus plans for Annual pay review (APR)
* Manage absence and time off records.
* Execute reports for relevant stakeholders with requested requirements.
* Support any internal and external audit requirements where data from the HR systems is required.
* Support with interactions with Senior stakeholders.
* Driving simplification of HR processes and promoting data based on organizational decisions as well as accurate HR data management across the systems.
