About the eCommerce team
Beverages are a fast growing and exciting eCommerce category stretching across
well established brands like Lipton, Brooke Bond and acquired brands like
Pukka. Ranging across familiar segments (black, green) and evolving into new
trends, benefit spaces and occasions like Gifting. The eCommerce evolution is
key, and the Tea Company is accelerating its efforts to grasp this
opportunity.
The unlock to driving faster growth lies in a full business approach, spanning
the right portfolio, the right content, and the right support model for the
right channels (Pure Play, Omnichannel and B2B). eCommerce today delivers <10%
of our sales and is aiming to grow towards a quarter of the business by 2023,
hence we're looking for individuals who are self-driven and entrepreneurial to
deliver aggressive growth!
We are at the start of this journey within ekaterra, which means the
successful applicant will get to work within a fun, friendly close-knit team,

leverage technology to create ground-breaking visualisation and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scope analytic solutions out of vague business problems, to uncover actionable insights and help tell the story of what is driving performance.
* Carry out data transformations to enable analysis and insight
* Cooperate with agencies to deliver the optimal consumer journey based on data
* Identify the right digital touchpoints (where to reach our consumers)
* Push the right message based on audience segmentation (how & who)
* Create value for our consumers by understanding and anticipating their needs (e.g. recipe books, health/sleep tips...) to collect relevant personal data.
* Utilise the full tech stack to create long-term strategies: Customer Data Platform, Websites, Marketing Automation Tool.
* Ultimately, create full-funnel campaign strategies.
* Understand a wide range of data types from first party through to third party data
* Work closely with ekaterra brands to deliver actionable insights to support eCommerce & digital performance
* Provide strategic support in the definition, set-up, and measurement of performance marketing test- and-learns to validate innovative ad products and platforms
* Develop strong cross-functional partnerships across the company (eCommerce, Consumer Insights, Finance and Supply Chain) to drive our team's success
* Be the in-house specialist for the AMET region
Skills and Experience:
Knowledge & Experience:
* 3+ years of work experience, preferably in the media and eCommerce industry working in a data-rich environment.
* Insight curiosity: To have the curiosity and skillset to deep dive into data and pull our actionable insight for teams to help drive the business forward in the AMET region.
* Analytics Skills: Familiarity with visualization data tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau.
* Experience working with cloud warehousing like Google Big Query and transforming data in SQL.
* Good knowledge of the MarTech environment: Customer Data Platforms, Content Management Systems, Email Service Providers, etc.

* Capacity for problem conceptualization and solution design through analytical thinking. Strong background in statistical analysis, digital analytics.
* Superior ability to build and deliver impactful presentations at senior levels to help tell the story about what is driving and draining performance.

* Self-starter, someone who is happy to work pro-actively and on own Initiative
