Job Roles & Responsibilities
* Plan shipments based on OBD and customer requests
* Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
* Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, COO, Packing list, bills of lading)
* Coordinate the supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery
* Communicate with customers, shipping lines, trucker, ports, etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
* Schedule loading plan taking into consideration WHs shifts capacity and vessel schedules
* Maintain updated reports of shipments and send to customers
* Provide information to customers about the status of their shipments, sudden regelation,
* Follow up the customer complains (if any) to close internal with clear action plan and responsibility
Key Competencies & Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Logistics/Transportation/Supply Chain
* 0-2 years of experience
* Proven experience as logistics coordinator is recommended
* Experience in customer service will be appreciated
* Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements
* Ability to work with different internal and external teams and track multiple processes
* Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (SAP)
* Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
