Project aims to create an E2E process flow to:
* Improve overall finance knowledge on Hyperion tool and iFinance reporting and,
* Create synergies, harmonization and simplification in forecasting and MEC process.
Roles & Responsibilities :
* Prepare playbook
* Help FET team do cashup and forecasting
* Learn Hyperion and SAP software
* Ability to do cash up in Hyperion tool seamlessly and independently.
* Support team in adhoc requests and reports.
* Work with Digital lead in enhancing and improvising the reports/ dashboards.
* Paybook for MEC: End to end playbook to detailing and capturing the process for Month end close
* Playbook for Hyperion users: End to end playbook to detailing and capturing the process for both cash up and forecast across region
* Monthly reporting & Forecasting : Be able to successfully run rules in Hyperion. Help extract reports for MEC
Job key Requirements & Skills
* Bachelors degree : finance / accounting
* Good command of excel
* Strong command of English verbal/written
* Good knowledge of ERP SYSTEMS - specially Oracle Hyperion is a plus
