Office Manager will organize and coordinate administration duties and office
procedures. You will create and maintain a pleasant working environment,
ensuring high level of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
The position will be based in 10th of ramadan city, Sharqia Egypt

What You Will Do
* Schedule meeting and appointments for the plant manager and Operation Director.
* Booking transport and taxis
* Organize office operations and procedures
* Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
* Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations
* Organizing plant visits/tour for officials and external people
* Make office suppliers arrangements (water, cleaning, plants, candy machine, coffee machine) / purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
* Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment/Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
* Ensuring that the invoices from suppliers are paid on time
* Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
* Greeting visitors and providing general administrative support
* Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
* Implementing and maintaining procedures and office administrative systems
* Wok with European teams from Luxembourg, UK, Spain, Hungary and Poland
* Organizing induction programs for new employees and assist in the onboarding process for new hires
* Ensure that health and safety policies are up to date (work in collaboration with EH&S and HR), develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately.
* Creating presentations and other management-level reports
* Maintaining good communication inside of the plant.
