Manage an assigned area or team by planning, organizing and follow up
maintenance of the assets and property to ensure reliable and cost-efficient
operations and quality.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:

• Ensure that internal and external HSEQ requirements are followed.


• Ensure that proactive maintenance work keep or increase current production capacity and quality.


• Manage maintenance personnel by ensuring that the tasks in their areas are executed as planned according to procedures, in an efficient way and with the right quality


• If the role has subordinates: Lead the team in line with Leadership Expectations and tools to develop, coach and guide its members to ensure a workforce which is competent, engaged and enabled to meet Jotun's current and future needs


• Monitor and evaluate service contractors and review supplier performance.


• Actively work together with operations to develop operations equipment to improve the efficiency and/or quality.


• Coordinate maintenance work with affected area owner to plan workorders appropriately.


• Implement root cause analysis on reoccurring or critical breakdowns and failures.


• Ensure that the area of Matrix Maintenance System responsibility is always up to date, at least data from workorders.

  Education:
  Bachelor: Mechanical Engineering, Professional Degree: Industrial Engineering
  Language:
  Arabic, English
