Job Description:
We are seeking to hire a talented and driven Saudi National Administrator /
Coordinator
to be based at our Field Office on the amazing Yanbu Industrial
City Program.
This is an administrative support position requiring the application of office
management skills and experience to ensure the smooth and timely running of
office operations with minimal supervision.
The postion reports directly to the Department / Section Manager and will have
frequent contact with other Office Coordinators / Administrators on the
program, RC Contractors and End Users.
Good judgment and discretion are required to handle confidential information.

Duties and responsibilities:
* Responsible for administrative coordination and management of the daily field office activities.
* Responsible for documentation and filing system of all incoming and outgoing submittals and correspondence.
* Coordinate activities of other secretarial or administrative staff members.
* Develop and maintain supporting functions such as files, storage and retrieval systems for correspondence, documents, and drawings.
* Follow Royal Commission procedures, systems and Departments for correspondence routing and submittals.
* Develop and maintain a system to provide timely tracking of documents, correspondence, EWRs, submittals, reminders, etc.
* Type letters and correspondence as required.
* Support the efforts and common goals of the Team or Group.
* Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the relevant Managers.
Qualifcations / Experience / Credentials:
* Only Saudi National Applicatns will be conisdered for this role
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field.
* Minimum of ‎3 years' experience in a similar position within office coordination.
* Excellent spoken and written English language skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
* Must be able to positively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
* Intermediate computer skills are essential with experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
* Royal Commission experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
