Program Training Supervisor

Job Description:
Based at the Yanbu Industrial City Program on the West Coast of KSA, Saudi
Arabian Parsons Limited (SAPL) are looking to appoint a Western Educated /
Western Trained Program Training Supervisor as part of the development and
growth of our overall capability and commitments in this field.
The primary functionality of the role will be to support the Program Training
Manager in the delivery of a multi-year Training Program serving the
professional development needs and continuous best practice updates of diverse
staff from the Royal Commission and Parsons.
Reporting directly to the Parsons Program Training Manager and interfaces
frequently with the staff of all levels, both Royal Commission and Parsons
and, as well as external partners, vendors etc.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Map out annual training plans for each department
* Source training solutions to meet identified requirements
* Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g., simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes, on-line training etc.) and agree with the Training Manager
* Create training schedules for all departments, track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for both Royal Commission and Parsons.
* Use known education principles and stay up to date on new training methods and techniques
* Design, prepare and order training aids and materials
* Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs and report to the Training Manager
* Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each session and compile reports against KPI's for Director General
* Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
* Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts
* Successfully manage logistics for training activities including venues and equipment
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
* Due to stipulations enforced by the Client we are seeking Western Trained & Western Educated applicatns for this role. Any applicants must be Bachelor's degree qualified in Training, Human Resources, or a related subject from a recognized western university.
* A minimum of ‎10 years of experience as a Trainer, Training Facilitator, or similar role
* Hands-on experience facilitating multiple training events in a corporate setting
* Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
* Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
* Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
* Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
* Experience with e-learning platforms
Strong computer skills are essential with experience using MS Office (Word,
Excel, Power Point)
