* eceives and/or reviews receipts for materials and equipment ordered. Maintain responsibility for the receipt, inspection and acceptance of all incoming items. A
* ssists PM in obtaining specifications and prices for project/item estimates. V
* erifies invoices from suppliers, cross references with bids or purchase orders and approves for payment. E
* nsures storage of all materials and equipment. Maintain levels of materials and equipment to sustain daily maintenance operations. A
* cts as property custodian for the division, processing and accounting for purchasing equipment and property and maintaining operations. P
* erforms functions associated with the purchasing program (i.e., work orders, buyer processing, receipts processing, invoice processing). F
* amiliarises themselves with the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures within Hill International and ensure continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill. P
