* nsures that the award and administration of contracts on projects are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures. M
* onitors the performance of awarded subcontracts, checking and agreeing on the accuracy of monthly payment applications during the life of the subcontract and at the completion of the work. R
* eviews the accuracy and adequacy of the contract and its integral documents, such as bonds, insurance, BOQs, and specifications. F
* ormulates change orders to existing subcontracts for changes in scope and/or pricing. C
* onducts gap analysis for scope deviations and scope creep. T
* o assist in reviewing and settling any claims that subcontractors may raise. F
* amiliarises themselves with the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures within Hill International and ensure continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill. P
* erform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor. S

* echnical and practical knowledge of all phases of contract development, award, administration and close-out relating to a multi-discipline construction project. M
* inimum 10 years of experience in quantity survey functions for contracting industry operations. K
* nowledgeable of current industry and technical developments. F
* ormal qualifications/affiliations to RICS, IQS, ICES or CIOB. S
* trong working knowledge of administering FIDIC or ICE and other similar contract formulation standards. P
* roven track record with recognized international standard companies, particularly in Middle East operations and projects, preferably in KSA. E
* xcellent interpersonal and communication skills with excellent command of English. E
* xcellent communication skills in Arabic, especially in dealing with Arabic Contracts C
* apability to accept responsibilities and accomplish project objectives in a timely manner. S
* upervision level experience in the field of quantity survey and contract administration. C
* omputer literate, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel. #
