Job functions of a Process Excellence Specialist in Egypt
:
* Ensure availability of clients' corporate documents and maintain the files in the most effective accessible format (shared folder &/or hard copy)
* Check and ensure availability and accuracy of documents such as contracts and send timely alerts in case of absence of the same
* Acknowledge and confirm invoices delivery to clients and make sure invoices are reviewed within specific timelines as per the company's policies to ensure reasonable receivables settlements within agreed credit terms.
* Deep Dive into new and existing processes and analyze areas of improvement with stakeholders.
* Adhere to deadlines with expert project management and multitasking abilities.
* Write crisp, engaging content through different platforms to update employees with the needed Policy and process knowledge.
* Prepare compelling pre-scripted content for Different departments.
* Optimize content with new strategies based on Current market trends.
Requirements for Process Excellence Specialist jobs in Egypt
* Bachelor degree of commerce
* problem-solving skills,
* 2-4 Y- in logistics services, freight forward, transportation
* An excellent communicator and team player,
* Excellent command of nglish, both written and spoken,
* Capability of using Business Intelligence Tools Leadership skills,
* Hands-on experience in reporting and strategy development,
* Good understanding of agile methodologies,
* Leadership abilities with a strategic mind,
* Excellent office tool management skills.
