Job Responsibilities:
* Manage the daily Health team progress and the Operations processes for corporate clients in regards of any operational perspective.
* Responsible for the end of month closing, preparation of reinsurance reports and statistics together with the communication with external reinsurers.
* Ensure the effective servicing of all external customers ensuring that all client requests and expectations are met.
* Responsible to ensure adherence to technical guidelines and to proactively recommend required changes to the guidelines in order to enhance the operation team processes.
* The effective leadership of the departmental members in order to meet the department goals and objectives.
* Monitor the training and development needs of subordinates and ensuring the update of their skills in order to support the implementation of the department's strategies and projects.
* Support the Health department in any other task/project as needed.
Qualifications:
* 7 years of experience in insurance in operations or underwriting.
