Responsibilities
Role:
* Managing Admin, data & finance executives on accurate financial reporting & administration between team, licensing supervisors, finance department, sales, insurance & head of licensing.
Accountabilities:
* Ensure establishing database of 4000+ company owned vehicles (Sales, Deployment and private) nationwide
* Supervising on the data management & the following up of the new vehicles sold at auctions.
* Maintain daily reporting on licensing operations with licensing head.
* Supervising & following on coordination with the sales supervisors on the database for expired licenses
* Following up & supervising on the managing of expired licenses, withdrawal receipts, and delivery of new licenses
* Lead Admin Executive team in partnership with Finance SPOC on financial and pitty cash settlements in compliance with company policies
* Follow-up on all financial and administrative decisions to present it to head of licensing.
* Supervising on licensing & permits dates registration.
* Managing & leading Admin Executive team to coordinate with the sales and supply chain as well as insurance department on reporting updates.
* Conduct weekly meeting with relevant stakeholders to follow up on updates.

Qualifications
Skills:
* Bachelor 's degree with 5-7 years of experience.
* Awareness of national license laws and regulations is a plus.
* Strong financial and analytical skills.
* Very good leadership and management skills.
* Strong command of MS office.
