Job Summary:
Responsible for performing basic tasks and some standardized routine testing
and maintaining a high level of quality section services by monitoring and
recommending solutions to quality-related issues under close supervision.
Job Description:
* Handling of vendor complaints in terms of the vendor claim
* Handling of market complaints in terms of receipt, recording, and initiation of the complaint process
* Managing site changes through the change control process in terms of receipt, review, evaluation, and action plan follow up
* Continuous follow-up with the team for site CAPA
* Communicating on a periodic basis the latest GMP trends provided by the Corporate
* Ensure the site's annual training plan adheres
* Monitoring and Evaluating the annual supplier performance according to Hikma policy
* Responsible for implementation of Data integrity according to ALCOA principle in all operation
Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in science, Pharmacy
* 2-3 years of experience in Compliance of Sterile manufacturing activity
* Proficient in English in both written and spoken
* Excellent in Microsoft office
* Preferably (Cairo, Obour, New Cairo, Nasr City, Heliopolis, Badr, Zagazig, Sharqiyah, and 10th of Ramadan) residents
