Responsibilities:
* Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.
* Support the design and delivery of employee training and development programs.
* Support in developing and manage implementing an effective exit interview process to gather feedback from departing employees.
* Analyze the feedback received from exit interviews and identify trends or common issues then report and present the findings
* Assist in designing and manage delivering an effective onboarding program that includes orientation, training, and ongoing support for new hires.
* Coordinate onboarding activities with key stakeholders
* Assist is analyzing the Employee Engagement survey results and prepare reports and presentations that summarize findings and make recommendations for improvements.
* Contribute in working with key stakeholders, to develop action plans to address identified issues.
* Assist with various administrative tasks related to talent management, such as maintaining employee records and updating HR systems.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of retention strategies to reduce turnover rates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
field
1-2 years of experience in talent management, HR, or related field
knowledge of talent management practices and strategies is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent English language level
Professional use of Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
