Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of the GDP for Lucid Motors with a strong emphasis on following up and creating reports.


• Provide appropriate presentations, reports, analysis, working tools or other materials related to Talent Management as required.


• Create, and support in designing training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussions, lectures, simulations, and videos.


• Check the progress of projects for trainees.


• Ensure job descriptions (JDs) are shared and new contracts are handed to the employee.


• Decide the leadership classroom training.


• Ensure full onboarding preparation, including welcome emails, brochures, kits, mentorship training, and psychometric assessments.


• Design challenging graduation projects with department managers.


• Conduct personality assessments and share results with managers and mentors.


• Act as career consoler with option for meeting initiated by employee.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor 's degree in human resources or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.


• ‎2-‎5 years of Experience in working in the training & development section.


• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.


• Ability to translate training needs into the right form of training programs.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.


• Strong organizational and time management skills.
