Field Services Representative (Deployed)

Overview:
Intelligent Waves has an immediate need for a **** Field Services
Representative (Deployed) to support our mission critical work for our
government customers OCONUS.
Security Clearance: Top Secret with SCI Eligibility.

Responsibilities:
* Manage and execute the evaluation of equipment and technologies prior to shipment to operational theaters/environments or as use in its net management.
* Coordinate the introduction of technologies and equipment with various operational commands and/or Agencies and Governments and their supporting organizations.
* Manage the distribution of equipment and related technologies in each operational theater working with DISA, operational commands, and other DoD organizations as necessary.
* Ensure that DISA sponsored technologies are operable by operational forces and other end-users and to sustain operation of contract device portfolio and related technologies.
* Provide support to operational forces conducting real-world operations such as Operation Inherent Resolve (OIR), Operation Resolute Support (ORS), and others globally as required. This may also include emergency response situations in which FSRs are required to respond to short-term incidents such as natural disasters, humanitarian assistance, or other large-scale events requiring immediate fielding assistance.
* Provide troubleshooting and limited end-user support with respect to contract devices, components, ancillary products and related systems.
* Monitor, document and report issues with contract devices, components and systems in the operational environment.
* Perform the installation and testing of contract equipment to include (but not limited to) Tactical Operations Center (TOC) kits and vehicle kits on various classes of military and non-military vehicles.
* Perform up to Tier ‎2 repairs in theatre to equipment. "Tier-‎2" is defined as any repair requiring the opening of a device to test, repair, or replace any internal components.
* Operate and maintain regional help desk support for deployed users; problems or issues that cannot be resolved shall be elevated to a ‎24/‎7 help-desk.
* Responsible for resolving complex service problems; performing expert maintenance; and installing, configuring and testing all types of data communications equipment and services.
* Ability to understand and interpret engineers drawings in the fabrication and installation of cable assemblies.
* Modify and revise all applicable engineering drawings to reflect the actual installation configuration.
* Perform other Duties as assigned
Qualifications:
* Deployed position to Kuwait
* Bachelor's degree in related field plus minimum of ‎4 years of experience. ‎5 additional years' experience can be substituted for education.
* Ability to work well with others.
* Good communication skills.
* Self-starter - minimal supervision required.
* Good organizational skills.
* Proficient in MS Office tools.
