Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, energetic and motivated Field Service
Representative to join our team. As a Field Service Representative at Parsons
your role will be essential to the operations and training of Parsons
developed computing systems (VICE). Come join our team and support technically

What You'll Be Doing:
* Create and deliver training materials, product testing, customer support, and troubleshooting on-site software and network connections
* Work on-site with clients to provide user training and technical support
* Collect client feedback and clearly articulate recommendations for product development to project support staff
* Craft and implement processes to reduce friction, enabling supported clients to employ their resources and our products most effectively
* Provide coordination and communication between the on-site client and other stakeholders
* Collect and track product enhancements and new feature requests from the user base
* Identify possible areas of expansion and outreach within the customer base
* Work with technical SMEs to troubleshoot systems
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
* Bachelor's degree; will consider equivalent experience in lieu of degree
* Experience in a customer facing technical engineering support role or similar
* Experience creating and delivering technical training to a large audience
* Communicating technical issues to non-technical people, and vice versa
* Ability to learn new skills and technologies to deliver the most effective solutions
* Meticulous attention to detail, including maintaining accurate records and diligently tracking key project metrics
* Strong organization skills with an ability to adapt, navigate complexity, and multitask in a rapidly changing environment with little oversight
* Extraordinary communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
* Must have the ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. DoD Top Secret Clearance (requires U.S. Citizenship)
