Our client is a private multi-specialty hospital in Kuwait. Their 110 bed
facility offers both inpatient and outpatient services that cover a wide range
of medical and surgical specialties. Their 1,000 healthcare professionals work
together to provide essential health care services in inpatient, outpatient
and a specialized department for Essential Wellness within the concept of
Integrative Medicine.
As a passionate Aesthetician you will be joining the newly established
Dermatology and Skincare project of our client. You will be working alongside
a team of Dermatology professionals, focusing on your specific area of
expertise. Next to taking care of all treatments, you will be active in
marketing all services and providing support to the internal marketing unit.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
* You are the professional taking care of all skin analysis, non-invasive beauty/facial treatments and procedures;
* Microdermabrasion;
* Grey Hair removal services;
* Firming and sliming treatments;
* Non-surgical cosmetic treatments;
* Laser Hair removal treatments;
* Advising patients on home care routines;
* Sculpting and firming treatments using radio frequency devices
* Mesotherapy treatments
* Assisting the Dermatologist when needed on various cosmetic services;
* Your assistance for the marketing unit
* Cross referrals - promoting each other, other departments;
* Explaining new treatments, packages, (self-promoting);
* Promote new weekly, monthly promotions;
* Rapport with clients build up a client base;
* Guests focus, keep abreast of regulars seeing you;
* Focus on daily, weekly and monthly target;
* Partake in marketing campaigns /events;
* Cooperation and assisting in social media.
Who are you**
You are a dedicated Aesthetician with a passion for beauty, make-up, skincare
and skin quality optimization. You care about your clients, making sure you
enhance their skin and help them look and feel better about themselves.
Skills & Competencies:
* Excellent communication skills, mainly listening and advising;
* Good knowledge of English language, Arabic would be an added advantage;
* Ability to put clients at their ease and inspire trust and confidence;
* Excellent knowledge of make-up, permanent make-up, skincare and all current treatments available in the market;
* Social media awareness and presence;
Education & Qualifications:
* Quality educational background as Aesthetician/Beautician;
* More than 5 years' experience in similar role;
* Already in Kuwait, or willing to relocate to Kuwait;
* A license nurse with derma background willing to be trained to do the various beauty and holistic procedures.
* Must have MOH license in Kuwait
