The Hilton Kuwait Resort is situated in the modern, vibrant, and
cosmopolitan city of Kuwait. Our five-star resort is set on ‎1,750 meters of Al
Mangaf coastline, curving alongside Kuwait's largest private white-sand beach.

The Health Club is a trendy upmarket Members Club situated within the
Hilton Kuwait Resort. The Health Club is home to the follow facilities:

Job responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:
* Ensure guest expectations are exceeded at all times whilst displaying a helpful & cheerful attitude
* Providing help & assistance to guests while maintaining a professional appearance at all times
* Assist in the preparations of facilities for special functions & themed evenings within the Swimming pools & Beach area
* Report any safety concerns to management in order to maintain the highest standard of guest safety at all times
* Enforce facility rules & provide crowd control in a friendly manner throughout the aquatic areas as necessary move into this position you should have

What will I be doing?

As a Lifeguard, you are responsible for supervising and ensuring the safety of
swimmers to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Lifeguard will
also be required to fulfill regular cleaning duties. Specifically, you will be
responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
* Supervise and ensure safety of swimmers
* Ensure guests feel safe in the pool area
* Inspect facilities for cleanliness; complete general pool cleaning and maintenance duties at regular points throughout shift
* Ensure swimmers follow safe swimming practice; enforce and adhere to pool rules and regulations
* Follow emergency action plan and procedures when required

To move into this position you should have:
* Sound knowledge in life guarding, CPR and First Aid
* Good communication in English language is a must
* Recognized lifeguard certificate is definite advantage. i.e. RLSS National lifeguard certificate must. i.e. Bronze medallion, Red Cross or equivalent certificate
* Minimum ‎3 years as a lifeguard in the reputed hotel or beach resort
* Strong swimming ability required
* To be able to swim 400m in less than ‎8 min
* Outdoor work and fit to work on shifts basis
* Fun, friendly & enthusiastic approach to customer service.
* Willingness to learn & develop.
