Job Description
Our client: is looking for an ambitious individual to join their fast-growing
company as a Market Manager.
Your Role: This role will involve you calling upon your sales experience to
prospect new business, qualify leads, learn client objectives, arrange
demonstrations, create business proposals, and strategically manage key
accounts. With the sector, leadership defines and activates the sector's go-
to-market strategy and execution plan. You will be a versatile and tenacious
sales professional who will need to demonstrate consultative sales skills and
the ability to prospect, generate leads, build lasting client relationships,
and close deals. You should be a highly motivated individual who is able to
contribute to the company's ambitious growth plans. Reaching out to potential
new clients with the aim of building relationships that encourage them to
consider the company. Building and maintaining these relationships so that
clients continue to regard the company as a trusted partner. Involvement in
sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales
organization. Ensuring that your projects are delivered in a way that meets or
exceeds clients' expectations.
Must Haves: 5 to 7 years of experience in sales operations and sales
management. Extensive experience in the Kuwait market. A suitable candidate
will also demonstrate strong business acumen, proven planning, and execution
skills, and be hands-on.

both our key stakeholder's clients and candidates. Keeping this in mind we
