Objectives
* Responsible for setting & implementing the commercial strategy.
* Manage the customer segment end-to-end with full accountability about the main KPI's i.e. Market Share & Value Share for customer segment.
* Able to inspire & motivate the people around the business vision & strategy, since the role has significant leadership & management accountability.
* Ensure the right strategy & flawless execution to achieve the commercial objectives of the business on revenues & margins.
Tasks
* Accountable for the brand strategy & ensuring a clearly differentiated brand positioning and look & feel. Must ensure delivery of our brand promise across external channels as well as internal channels.
* Working closely with both marketing & sales teams and will also managing brand and communications agencies to achieve this.
* Responsible for member care area, and to manage a team of experts to drive best in class requirements across our self-care channels.
Education
* University degree in Economics/Communications/Finance.
* Alternatively, technical university background with supplemental commercial education on MBA/Masters level.
Professional qualification
* 10 years ' experience in commercial out of which 5 years in telecom marketing.
* Proven record of achievements in telecom marketing.
* Strong experience in segment management.
* Direct responsibility of acquisition, churn & revenues KPI's.

* Excellent leadership skills with experience from managing people & budgets, being self-driven & have the ability to motivate peers & subordinates.
* Analytical with excellent project management skills.
* Excellent communication & presentation skills.
* Performance & results-driven.
* Able to apply high level analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
* Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
