in Kuwait in 2004, we've grown quite a lot over the past 17 years.
Today, we deliver hundreds of millions of food orders, grocery items and other
products per year, to our customers in nine countries throughout the region
with more than 3,000+ employees! Our food delivery business works with over
27,000 brands and almost 50,000 branches, while our q-commerce concept,
talabat mart, now delivers groceries to customers in Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan,
Kuwait, Oman Qatar, and the UAE in 30 minutes or less!

donating to local and international charities directly on talabat with a focus

facilitated the donation of well over 1 million meals to those in need, as
well as donated over $1.5 million to charity with the help of our partners and

Role Summary:
To act as the main point of contact for 3PL partners and logistics service
providers regarding inquiries about billing, invoices, and payments, and to
coordinate with the accounting department to resolve any concerns in a timely
and satisfactory manner.
What on Your Plate?
* Prepare the monthly payment report for all 3PLs
* Share the reports individually with all our 3PL partners.
* Prepare all the provisioning costs for services (car rental, maintenance, car wash, ...etc)
* Receive invoices from service providers, and follow up on the payment process with the finance department.
* Follow up with the accounting department on the A/R for cash collections from our 3PL partners.
* Receive complaints and concerns from partners and work on solving them with the operations or finance team.
* Any additional tasks as requested by the department head.
What did we order?
* Bachelor's Degree in accounting or a related field.
* 1-2 years of experience in the logistics/delivery field is a plus.
* Strong knowledge of excel functions.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in a cross-cultural setting. Arabic is required.
* Able to handle irate individuals in a calm and professional manner.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
