Sales Engineer

For our growing sales team in Kuwait City, we are looking for a motivated and
qualified

Sales Engineer.
Exciting Challenges
In this challenging role you will be operating on a Kuwait level, performing
all strategic sales activities with focus on Contractors business by the Sales
Manager in order to profitably grow the business and expand Sika's leadership
position.
* Provide technical and commercial support to sales team.
* Motivate and guide the team to maximize the target market business.
* Establish new customers, new business opportunities and maintain long term relationship with customers to grow target market business.
* Providing pre-sales technical support for the customers by recommending suitable products and solutions and conducting product application trainings, solving client problems, initiate corrective actions if necessary and offering after-sales support services.
* Well understanding and analyzing of the competitor's products and solutions and providing value added propositions to the customers.
* Negotiating, managing, and interpreting customer requirements offering a product or service which will best satisfy customer's needs in terms of client quotations, quality, price and delivery, and negotiating and closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions.
* Achieve the budgeted monthly sales targets by maximizing the profits and submit reports as well as the forecast of the products.
* Responsible to collect the payments from the customers by having key interface between the finance team and customer's account team.
* Develop and implement marketing activities for the existing and new product launchers.
* Establish strong relationship with consultants, specifiers, and client authorities and assist the specification process to include Company's products and systems.
* Coordinate with the TMM to identify product requirements and to carry the required documents concerning the product development.
* To undertake any additional responsibilities or duties assigned by immediate supervisor or manager commensurate within the position.
We Need Your Skills
* Education in Civil Engineering with proven and relevant work experience as a Sales Engineer (‎5+ years)
* Computer / IT savvy - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sales related software
* Strong ability to Network and build relationships with stakeholders / customers
* Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives
* Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Spoken & Written)
* Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
